That's why you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt and get a full refund for your goods.

Not 100% sure? Each year, 5 billion pounds of waste is generated from online returns. We are committed to reducing waste and returns are wasteful. They also generate unnecessary CO2 emissions. For this reason, if you don't absolutely love your Misona product(s), please reach out to us at team@misona.co.uk before initiating a return and we will be more than happy to try finding a solution for you!

 

Returning from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧

To return your order please print & attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel. You can create your label by clicking here.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Provide the details requested by Royal Mail.
  2. Ensure the parcel is packaged up securely.
  3. Take it to a Customer Service Point, Post Office, Parcel Postbox or arrange a Collection.
  4. We recommend retaining your Post Office receipt as proof of return.
  5. You can track your return online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.

If you do not have access to a printer, please show the Royal Mail team your email label or QR code and they will take care of the rest.

Returns are likely to take 2-3 working days to reach their final destination. Please allow 3-5 working days for the return to be processed and the refund to be initiated. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund is processed. The refund will be sent to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent with all the original packaging intact. If any returned item(s) has been tampered with, misused or damaged, it will be returned to the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item has been received in error or is genuinely faulty.
  • If you experience any issues with the Royal Mail returns service, please email our customer support team at store@misona.co.uk.
  • Please make sure you understand and accept the Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

 

Returning from the United States 🇺🇸

If you wish to return your items, please follow these steps:

  1. Email team@misona.co.uk using the subject “Return Order [Insert Order Number]” and we’ll email you a free return label.
  2. Ensure the item(s) are packaged up securely, then print & attach your free return label to the front of your parcel.
  3. Take it to a FedEx Office or arrange a Collection with them. We recommend retaining your FedEx receipt as proof of return.
  4. You can track your return online using FedEx’s tracking service.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund is processed. The refund will be sent to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent with all the original packaging intact. If any returned item(s) has been tampered with, misused or damaged, it will be returned to the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the initial order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returning from all other countries 🌍

  • If you wish to return your order from outside of the UK, unfortunately you will not be able to send goods back via the Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal. 
  • Please note that unless your goods have been received in error, you will liable for the cost of return.
  • To arrange a return from outside of the UK, please email our customer support team at store@misona.co.uk

 

If your product(s) arrived broken, damaged or missing items

We know stuff can happen, and we can definitely assist with this! Please take a photo of the damage to the outer box, and internal damage to its contents. If missing items, please send a photo of what you actually received. Send us a message at store@miosona.co.uk including your order number, and we'll make sure that you get a replacement.

 

Requesting an exchange

  • If you wish to return your item in exchange for another one of our products, please email our customer support team at store@misona.co.uk and they will advise on how to proceed within one working day.
